Wash Bros provides pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Massachusetts. All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from what was described.
Estimates & Scheduling
Requesting an estimate does not create a binding contract. Work is scheduled and performed only after both parties agree to the scope and price. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or other conditions that affect safety or quality.
Property & Access
You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned and an available outdoor water source unless otherwise arranged. Please inform us of any fragile surfaces, fixtures, or conditions that require special care.

Limitation of Liability
Wash Bros is fully insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or defects revealed by cleaning.
